Hurricane Marie, Roll 8

Over the last few weeks I’ve scanned almost 300 images taken on many different types of film, the images all began to blur together, each surfer and wave looking the same.  Maybe it’s an example of how keeping your eye on one subject for too long can get boring.

Variety is the spice of life they say.   Two more rolls after this and then we move further back in time, we’ll look at some random films with nothing in particular to them.  Rolls from my time in San Francisco, a lot nothing more than my compulsion to snap that shutter.

Until then here’s a few more waves from an August way back when.

*This is eighth of a ten post series.  Posts here’s thing one, thing twothing three, weirdo four and whats it number five, that sexy number six, seven is over here.

  1. Lovely light in the first shot.

    1. Thank you. It was right as the sun was coming up over this hill that’s just back and to the left of us. I love the beach in the morning.
